Lola is from Los Angeles, California and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry with a focus in Applied Mathematics from the Claremont Colleges. She is interested in pursuing biomedical research as a veterinarian with a focus in orthopedics and tissue regeneration. Lola enjoys cooking, riding horses, and scuba diving.

Anya is from Northville, Michigan, and she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Spanish from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor. She is currently interested in comparative oncology and immunology, though she’s excited to explore other fields as she gains more experience! In her free time, Anya enjoys running, baking, and traveling.

Casey is originally from New Jersey but her family now lives in Bucks County PA! She graduated with her B.S in Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences from Penn State and is currently interested in a small animal cardiology specialty! Outside of vet med she loves being around her friends, pilates & yoga, and traveling!

Anna is from Lancaster, PA and graduated from Emory University. She is currently interested in small animal medicine and is so excited to be the Director of Programming Elect for Penn VBMA. Outside of school, Anna loves to explore new restaurants and places, puzzle, and (surprise) plan events!

Natalie is originally from Madrid, Spain and received her bachelors in Biology from Colby College. She is interested in small animal medicine, emergency, and general practice. In her free time she loves to try new restaurants, ski, and spend time with her perfect orange cat, Manchego!

Hailing from New York’s Hudson Valley, Amelia earned her Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from Georgetown University. A lifelong dog handler and equestrian, she hopes to unite her passions for canine and equine sports through a career in comparative orthopedic and rehabilitative medicine. Outside of her work with animals, Amelia enjoys traveling, swimming, practicing hot yoga, and seeking out the best and freshest oysters year-round. 

Kai is originally from Orlando, Florida but her family now lives in Ocean City, New Jersey. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and continued her veterinary education here interested in pursuing small animal medicine. Outside of vet med, she enjoys spending time with her two horses, working out and spending time at the beach!

Fiona is from West Chester, PA and graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science and minor in Nutrition. She is interested in small animal medicine and practice ownership. Outside of academics Fiona enjoys baking, skiing, and pilates.

Shaakshi is from Phoenix, AZ and graduated from the University of Arizona with a major in Veterinary Sciences. Shaaski loves painting and trying new foods. Fun fact, she has never had a pet but has always loved animals! Outside of school, she loves watching TV, reading, and finding new restaurants (recommendations welcome).
